If you have completed a badge, achievement or quest but have not seen the in-app credit for completion, you may need to take the following steps to receive credit for completion.
1. Cycle Your Login
- Signing out, then signing back in will reconnect Kartridge if it has become disconnected from our servers.
2. Check Security Software
- Check your antivirus, malware scanner or any other active security software to make sure that it's up to date. Running outdated security software might cause Kartridge to lose its connection to the achievement server.
3. Contact Support!
- If these steps do not resolve the issue,submit a Bug Report via this form. Please include your username, as well as the name of the achievement, badge or quest that you have not received.
