What if another user is breaking the rules in chat?

You can mute another person by following these steps:

1) Open the list of current users for the chat room you are in by clicking the triangle button at the top of the chatroom.

2) Find the person you'd like to mute.

3) Click on the Mute user icon next to the user you'd like to silence.

PLEASE NOTE: People are allowed to mute anyone for any reason. Being muted by another person is not a punishable offense. Please do not report users who have muted you.

Reporting Abuse

Abuse Reports help us stay on top of issues that arise in chatrooms. Our administrators review all reports and act on a case-by-case basis. We encourage reporting inappropriate behavior, even if you do not receive a direct reply from an administrator. Due to our privacy policy, we cannot reveal any action taken against a reported user, and your name will never be given to the person you reported.
