The Kartridge Refund Policy states the following:
You can request a refund within two weeks of your purchase of a game. Refunds will be given only in the following cases:
- For an accidental purchase, as long as the game has not been installed.
- If the game is non-functional and we are unable to help you get it working.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason.
If you have purchased an item by accident, please contact support@kartridge.com for assistance.
When you contact support, please provide the username of the Kartridge account that made the purchase, the name of the item purchased and the approximate date of the transaction.
