If you are experiencing technical issues and need to contact the support team, having your log files can help us isolate a problem quickly and efficiently.
To retrieve the Kartridge log files, follow these steps:
From the Kartridge Menu, click on Help, then Open Logs Folder.
In the window that appears, the file should be named log.log.
When contacting support, please also include the type of operating system (including version number) from the device experiencing the issue, approximate age of the device and a screenshot or two of the problem.
